The extensive refurbishments and renovations of the ground floor and mezzanine level will continue the hotels transformation to a premium destination in Perth for accommodation, events, wining and dining. The hotels existing event spaces will receive a stylish refurbishment and update with state of the art technology, supported by a new onsite audio-visual team. The scope of the renewal will also incorporate an additional suite of new event spaces within the hotel.

The revitalisation of the hotel’s conference and events facilities recognises the importance of the business events market in Western Australia. With the recent inclusion of the Scarborough Beach amphitheatre and foreshore spaces into the hotels events and meeting product, the transformation will see the hotel distinguish itself as one of the largest and most unique venues in the state.

The hotel’s restaurant and bars will also be upgraded during this stage with lively and distinctive overhauls. The restaurant redesign and expansion along with the lobby bar modernisation will provide signature outlets for both hotel guests and visitors. Pines Restaurant will be renamed and rebranded to offer a modern grill style outlet.
