The initiative will launch in key markets including France, Germany, and Poland, with additional rollout in the Middle East and North Africa. By combining hospitality, transportation, and delivery services, the partnership expands the scope of loyalty programmes beyond traditional travel, offering greater convenience and value across both daily activities and travel experiences.

The collaboration connects Accor’s ALL Accor booking platform and loyalty programme with Uber’s mobility and delivery services, offering users a more seamless and rewarding journey across both everyday activities and travel.

At the core of the partnership is a unified experience that brings together hospitality, transportation, and food delivery into a single ecosystem. Customers will be able to link their accounts across both platforms, unlocking new ways to earn rewards and access exclusive benefits. The initiative reflects a broader shift toward lifestyle-driven loyalty programmes that extend beyond traditional travel services.

The rollout is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026 across multiple regions. Initial markets include France, Germany, and Poland, where both Uber rides and Uber Eats services will be integrated into the programme. Additional markets such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Morocco will focus on Uber ride benefits as part of the offering.

Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer at Accor, described the partnership as a significant step in expanding the reach of ALL Accor beyond hotel stays, embedding it into everyday moments such as commuting and dining. The collaboration is designed to transform how customers engage with loyalty programmes by providing consistent value across multiple aspects of their daily routines.

Madhu Kannan, Chief Business Officer at Uber, highlighted the alignment between the two companies’ platforms, noting that Uber plays a central role in travel experiences through transportation and delivery services. He added that the partnership strengthens Uber’s efforts to build a comprehensive membership offering through its Uber One programme, delivering greater value and convenience to users.

The integration will allow members to earn ALL Accor loyalty points when using Uber services, including rides and food deliveries. These points can be redeemed across Accor’s global network of hotels, dining options, and experiences, as well as through its extensive partner ecosystem. The programme will also introduce reciprocal benefits, such as status upgrades for eligible members and extended trials for subscription services.

By embedding Uber’s services into the ALL Accor digital platform, the partnership aims to provide continuity throughout the travel experience—from airport transfers and local transportation to dining and delivery services. This approach enhances flexibility and convenience for both business and leisure travellers, bridging the gap between travel-related services and everyday lifestyle needs.
