(PRESS RELEASE) NASHVILLE, TN, United States, 2026-Jun-2 — /Travel PR News/ — The Untitled Nashville Hotel at Bankers Alley, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, has officially opened in downtown Nashville, introducing a refreshed boutique hotel experience shaped around art, music, dining and the cultural character of Music City. Located in the emerging Bankers Alley District and housed within the historic early 1900s Gray & Dudley Hardware Co. building, the property has debuted following a multi-million-dollar transformation and rebrand by owner RLJ Lodging Trust.

The hotel’s relaunch brings new energy to Nashville’s Second Avenue Historic District, an area undergoing broader revitalization. Designed as an art-forward destination, The Untitled Nashville Hotel at Bankers Alley combines preserved architectural details with updated interiors, curated event spaces, locally rooted amenities and a guest experience built around storytelling and creative discovery.

The property features 124 redesigned guest rooms, including 14 suites. Accommodation options include rooftop terrace suites with private balconies and skyline views, a wellness suite with an in-room Peloton bike, and a 1,744-square-foot Penthouse Suite with a wraparound terrace overlooking the Nashville cityscape. Guest rooms feature mid-century modern furnishings, neutral linens, gold accents and curated artwork, while retaining elements of the building’s historic character.

Levi Seidensticker, General Manager of The Untitled Nashville Hotel at Bankers Alley, said the hotel draws inspiration from Nashville’s creative spirit and is designed to offer guests an authentic experience connected to the local community. He noted that this local identity is reflected across the property, from Southern-inspired dining at Gray & Dudley to partnerships with Nashville businesses and rotating in-house art galleries showcasing regional artists.

The hotel’s design places storytelling at the centre of the stay. Specialty wallpaper from Local Language Art appears in guest rooms, while corridor carpets include opening storylines that reinforce the property’s “write your own story” concept. The approach is intended to make each stay feel personal, creative and connected to the city’s cultural energy.

Wellness offerings are also part of the guest experience, with daily yoga led by a local instructor, IV therapy and a modern fitness centre. Guests looking to explore outdoors have access to nearby public green spaces and trails, including the Cumberland River Greenway and Riverfront Park.

The hotel’s ground-floor restaurant, Gray & Dudley, has been reintroduced as a cocktail-driven dining destination. The concept blends Southern favourites with contemporary flavours and a carefully developed cocktail programme. One signature drink includes cotton candy as a tribute to the building’s history, as the Gray & Dudley Hardware Co. building once sold the world’s first cotton candy machines at the turn of the 20th century.

Gray & Dudley operates throughout the day, shifting from a coffee bar in the morning to a bar and restaurant in the evening. Its offerings include La Colombe beverages, takeaway breakfast sandwiches, Frothy Monkey pastries, all-day brunch items, lunch dishes and a dinner menu designed to be both creative and approachable. The restaurant’s atmosphere is anchored by a large custom art installation from Nashville artist Bryce McCloud.

Art is a defining feature of the property. Rotating galleries across the lobby, common areas and meeting rooms will feature artists from Tennessee and the broader South. Overseen by the hotel’s art curator, the gallery programme will change twice a year and will be open to both hotel guests and the local community through daily tours, artist receptions, creator-led workshops, live performances and seasonal events.

Anna McKeown, Art Curator at The Untitled Nashville Hotel at Bankers Alley, said the property is intended as a tribute to Nashville’s creative community beyond its music reputation. She said the hotel aims to highlight not only music, but also makers, painters, chefs and other artists, encouraging guests to engage with the city’s cultural scene in a deeper way.

Music is also integrated into the hotel through a new Listening Lounge created in partnership with Third Man Records, the Nashville-based record label founded by Jack White. Located on the main floor, the space will feature a curated selection of vinyl records, live performance clips, music videos and artist interviews selected by Third Man Records. The partnership will also include pop-up activations, limited-edition vinyl displays and a shoppable collection of Third Man Records merchandise in the lobby.

The hotel also offers more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space across seven art-filled venues. These include gallery-style meeting rooms, private dining areas, a boardroom and a rooftop terrace. The largest event space can accommodate a 120-person seated dinner or a 200-person reception, positioning the property for business gatherings, social events, weddings and special occasions.

As part of Tapestry Collection by Hilton, The Untitled Nashville Hotel at Bankers Alley joins a portfolio of independent hotels designed to reflect the character of their destinations. Guests can also access Hilton Honors benefits, including earning points and using member privileges during their stay.

Located at 221 2nd Avenue, the hotel is within walking distance of several major Nashville attractions, including Ryman Auditorium, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena and Ascend Amphitheater. With its mix of historic architecture, local art, music programming, dining and event space, the hotel aims to become a new cultural and hospitality destination in downtown Nashville.
