The list is based on a survey of more than 5,000 Entrepreneur readers conducted to determine the companies that most effectively earned their loyalty and trust. The survey looked at more than 900 brands and considered both the amount of loyalty a brand earns, as well as how efficiently it generates that loyalty. Enterprise Rent-A-Car was ranked number 42 in the survey.
