Palm Springs, Calif., 2013-02-20 — /travelprnews.com/ — Palm Springs is seeking the best bartenders at top clubs across North America and challenging them to stir up Palm Springs inspired cocktails as part of the 4th Annual Palm Springs Summer Splash Cocktail Challenge presented by Here Media and Alaska Airlines.
Palm Springs will host Cocktail Challenges at LGBT clubs in Chicago, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Las Vegas, Portland, Sacramento, San Jose, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Canada, Washington, DC, and West Hollywood.
At each club, bartenders will compete and create their own signature Palm Springs-infused cocktail, and will be evaluated on taste, presentation and appearance. The bartenders will also be judged on creativity and attire, as well as presentation and audience participation. Club attendees will receive Palm Springs swag including free hotel stays and the winner of the Cocktail Challenge wins airfare and a two-night stay to the finale in Palm Springs.
