Beginning in May, the resort will roll out a series of seasonal offerings that combine immersive activities with its signature service and oceanfront setting.

The summer calendar opens with a Mother’s Day Seafood Brunch on May 10 at the resort’s signature venue Salt. The event will feature a selection of seasonal seafood dishes, chef-led specialties, live music, and panoramic coastal views, creating a festive start to the season.

Over Memorial Day Weekend, guests will be able to participate in wellness sessions led by Phyllicia Bonanno, known for Pilates-based workouts and sound bath experiences. The program will include daily morning Pilates sessions and evening mindfulness-focused sound baths, with additional private sessions available.

The resort will also host a special culinary residency from May 22 to 26 featuring Asador Bastian, led by chef Doug Psaltis. The residency will bring Basque-inspired open-fire cooking to Anguilla, showcasing premium cuts of meat and locally influenced dishes in a communal dining setting.

On May 31, the resort will mark Anguilla Day with a Local Market Experience on the Sunset Lawn. The event will highlight regional cuisine such as fresh seafood, johnny cakes, artisanal condiments, and products from Vinty’s Garden, alongside live steel pan music and island-inspired beverages, offering guests an authentic cultural celebration.

Wellness programming continues in June with visiting instructors Alexander Dejong and Jerard Palazo, who will lead a series of movement and stretching sessions designed to balance physical activity with relaxation. The resort will also host a Father’s Day seafood brunch on June 21, providing another opportunity for guests to gather and celebrate in a coastal setting.

The season will conclude in August with festivities inspired by Anguilla’s Summer Festival, including boat-racing watch parties and cultural events that reflect the island’s traditions of sailing, music, and community celebration.

With a focus on immersive experiences ranging from wellness to gastronomy and cultural engagement, the summer program is designed to offer guests a well-rounded and memorable stay. The resort also invites visitors to take advantage of its Discover Anguilla offer, encouraging longer stays and deeper exploration of the destination.
