Warwick International Hotels appoints new tandem at the head of its hotels in Brussels

2013-03-26 — /travelprnews.com/ — After six years at the head of its hotels in Brussels, Louis Vanheusden was offered by the Warwick International Hotels Group (WIH) new responsibilities of international stature. He will now oversee operations for the hotels of the Collection in North America.

Consequently, WIH announced the appointment of Jacques Vitu the position of ‘Regional General Manager, in charge of the Royal Windsor Hotel Grand Place and Warwick Barsey Hotel Brussels. Jacques Vitu will be supported for Sales & Marketing by Jean Law de Lauriston.

Born in the United States and formed at the Hotel School of Strasbourg, Jacques Vitu has dual French-American nationality. His career in the hospitality starts in Paris at the Hotel de Crillon and then Royal Monceau. His international path leads, among other positions, Luxembourg on behalf of InterContinental.

Based in Brussels since 1999, Jacques Vitu was until recently the head of the Hotel Amigo in Brussels. He is also an active member of the BHA (Brussels Hotels Association).

Jean Law de Lauriston support for the Sales & Marketing part all actions implemented in both Brussels hotels. WIH he joined with a strong experience in the sector, particularly in prestigious hotels such as the Royal Monceau in Paris or Brussels Amigo.
