Denver, U.S.A., 2021-May-06 — /Travel PR News/ — The highly anticipated reopening of EDGE Restaurant and EDGE Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Denver is set for Monday, May 31, 2021 following a seven-month renovation in the city’s most desirable district – just a block from historic Larimer Square and the theatre district, and within walking distance of concerts and sporting events at the Pepsi Center, Coors Field and Empower Field at Mile High.

EDGE Restaurant & Bar has been completely reimagined in a fresh, open, and elevated design throughout utilising luxe materials to create appealing and dynamic gathering spaces. The transformed space will welcome guests to experience Denver’s iconic, progressive American steakhouse with an earned reputation for quality and refined house-made culinary offerings.

The EDGE Restaurant culinary team refined the modern steakhouse menu during the seven-month closure, adding new raw bar selections and seafood, fine aged cuts of meat, creative twists on appetisers, entrees and sides, and artful, house-made desserts. EDGE will offer unmatched selection of proteins from the world over; guests will have the opportunity to choose their preferred cut, prepared exactly how they’d like it.

Three private dining rooms and an al fresco patio will provide additional options for guests to dine, drink, and gather. The Butcher’s Block, one of the three private dining rooms, will be a new innovative dining experience: a glass-walled private dining space, offering up to 10 guests an immersive view into the kitchen where the talented culinary team will create custom menus and dining experiences for select guests.

The re-opening of EDGE Restaurant & Bar marks the introduction of Chef Jessica Biederman. Born and raised in South Carolina, and most recently Executive Chef of Bristol Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, Biederman brings a wealth of experience to EDGE. Chef Biederman prides herself on the ability to balance the fast-paced, high energy of the kitchen with her intense attention to detail.

“I strive to ensure that all of our guests have an equally extraordinary experience when dining with us,” Chef Biederman shares. “Whether you’re a vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, meat lover, or anything in between, my goal is to ensure that your dining experience is like no other. Each dish that comes out of my kitchen should be equally beautiful, unique, and most of all, delicious.”

As part of the full renovation, two new bars have been created. In addition to the original EDGE bar that has been a locals’ favourite since opening in 2010, the two brand new bars – one tucked into the bustling lobby lounge and the other anchoring the reimagined EDGE Restaurant – will inspire guests to choose their preferred place to socialise.

“We are extremely excited to introduce EDGE’s three brand new bar areas, accompanied by our elevated beverage program,” says Javier Munoz. “With three separate bars, we now have the ability to bring each corner of our spacious venue to life. From the lobby bar, into the main bar, and all the way into the restaurant bar – we will have bespoke activations offering a unique, progressive experience. Whether visiting us for happy hour, cocktails and appetisers, or dinner, EDGE will offer an unmatched experience for our guests and patrons.”

Reservations are encouraged and can be made by visiting OpenTable or by calling 303 389 3050. With health and safety as EDGE Restaurant and Bar’s first priority, the commitment to exceptional guest experiences includes Lead With Care, the global enhanced health and safety program of Four Seasons, grounded in the principles of care, trust, and service.
