Set to open in 2026, Courtyard by Marriott Makkah Al Naseem will become the largest hotel in the Courtyard brand, offering guests a unique blend of modern comfort, exceptional hospitality, and unbeatable convenience in the heart of the Holy City.

Dr. Abdul Razzaq BinDawood, Chairman of Al Qimmah, emphasized the significance of the agreement within the context of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which seeks to establish the country as a global leader in religious and cultural tourism. “This project is part of our commitment to high-quality development in the Al Naseem District, as we continue to serve those visiting the Holy Mosque.
