“Historic Hotel” to host 2nd Annual Howl-O-Ween Doggie Costume Contest & Bark Bash  to benefit Humane Society of Pinellas

The Howl-O-Ween pet event will feature a doggie costume contest designed for the pet-lover in everyone. Costume pet prizes will be awarded for the Scariest Scoundrel, Funniest and Top Dog!

The true winner will be Humane Society of Pinellas, which has been dedicated to caring for homeless pets in Pinellas County since 1949.
