Parlor Bistro, the hotel’s new restaurant, is led by local couple Adam and Luong Betz. The restaurant will serve American comfort food with Vietnamese influences, including a pork banh mi on a rice flour baguette, along with salads, soups and other menu items. Morning coffee service will feature beans sourced from Vietnam, with breakfast and lunch available initially and dinner service expected to be added in the coming months.
