Operating from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the service allows travelers to explore Tokyo luggage-free, addressing issues like crowded public transport and limited locker availability. For 4,500 yen per suitcase, JAL aims to enhance convenience and improve the travel experience. Future plans include expanding the service area and refining offerings to meet evolving traveler needs.

• Location: JAL ABC Counter, 2nd Floor, Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Arrival Lobby.
• Eligibility: Open to all foreign visitors and Japanese residents, regardless of airline or flight details.
• Operating Hours: 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Delivery Times:
  • Check-in by 4:00 p.m., delivery by 8:00 p.m.
  • Check-in by 6:00 p.m., delivery by 10:00 p.m.
• Delivery Areas: Covers 14 districts in Tokyo, including Shinjuku, Minato, and Shibuya.
• Baggage Restrictions: Suitcases up to 20kg (44 lbs) and within 160cm (63 inches) total dimensions.
• Fee: 4,500 yen per suitcase (tax included).
