Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai’s signature Spanish restaurant, Albero announces the launch of its autumn season menu

Shanghai, China, 2018-Oct-25 — /Travel PR News/ — Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai’s signature Spanish restaurant, Albero, is proud to announce the launch of its autumn season menu. At Albero, the focus has always been to showcase high quality, seasonal ingredients in authentic Spanish dishes that come with a twist.

This autumn, let us take you in a culinary adventure through Spain with a spread of classic and innovative dishes. From luxurious melt-in-your-mouth Iberico ham to a huge selection of new tapas dishes such as anchovies with truffle honey and paprika smoke, and Hamachi ceviche with litchi and green apple, you might find it hard to save room for the mains!

Have your paella the way you like – “juicy” or “dry” – and be transported away to sunny Spain with the distinctive taste of “Paella Valenciana”, and much more.

Seafood lovers will be pleased to see the addition of pan-fried salmon with creamy savoy cabbage and smoked paprika chorizo sauce, and Atlantic cod with clams, beetroot, pumpkin puree and clam lemon sauce in addition to our best-selling seafood plate.

Meatlovers, on the other hand, be prepared to have your cravings satisfied by delicious slow-cooked Iberian pork tenderloin and suckling pig, or try our new venison short loin. Of course, no menu is complete without a perfect Australian Wagyu ribeye or juicy lamb chop, so worry not as our old favorites can still be found on the new menu.

Our culinary team has taken care to select and present flavors from all over Spain to give diners a full overview of the country’s rich culinary heritage and beyond.
