Register online, then run or walk on June 12, 2022 to be part of this fundraising drive for cancer research

Baltimore, U.S.A., 2022-Mar-31 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore invites runners and walkers to join its inaugural Run to Beat Cancer 5K on June 12, 2022 in the Harbor East neighbourhood. The Hotel will donate a percentage of earnings from the fundraiser in support of the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center’s Division of Pediatric Oncology and the Ulman Foundation.

Those throughout the Baltimore area will come together to support cancer research and patient support, while participants across the Northeast region can join virtually by running in their communities.

“The team at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is immensely proud to have forged a strong fundraising effort that continues our partnerships with both Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center and the Ulman Foundation,” says Regional Vice President and General Manager Bahram Sepahi. “The Run to Beat Cancer 5K is a meaningful way to honour and remember those that this illness has threatened and often beaten, and to take an empowering stand against it.”

A broadcaster from local station WJZ will emcee the fundraising event during the opening ceremony beginning at 7:30 am, and then a Four Seasons personal trainer will lead the warm-up ahead of the 8:00 am official start.

Participants and volunteers can walk or run a 3.1 mile route along the scenic Inner Harbor while also enjoying live entertainment throughout the morning. Following the event, there will be a complimentary hot breakfast provided by Executive Chef Norma Whitt and refreshments for all participants in a family friendly environment.

Advance registration is required and can be done online.
