Emirates to Introduce Second Daily A380 Service to Bali for Peak Season

(IN SHORT) Emirates will introduce a second daily Airbus A380 service between Dubai and Bali from 1 September to 26 October 2024 to accommodate increased travel demand during the peak season. This upgrade replaces the current Boeing 777 service on flight EK398/399, providing over 2,600 additional weekly seats. The move builds on the success of Emirates’ first A380 service to Indonesia launched in June 2023 and supports Indonesia’s growing travel and tourism sector. Passengers will benefit from the spacious cabins, Onboard Lounge, and Emirates’ award-winning inflight entertainment system, ice. (PRESS RELEASE) Denpasar/Dubai, 2024-Jul-31 — /Travel PR News/ — Emirates has announced the addition of a second daily A380 service between Dubai and Bali, scheduled from 1 September to 26 October 2024, to cater to the increased travel demand during the peak season.

Replacing the current Boeing 777 service, flight EK398/399 will be upgraded to an Airbus A380, enhancing the travel experience for passengers and boosting inbound tourism to Bali. This move builds on the success of Emirates’ inaugural A380 service to Indonesia, which commenced on 1 June 2023, and aims to connect travelers from Indonesia to Dubai and other destinations within Emirates’ extensive global network.

Emirates is committed to supporting Indonesia’s travel and tourism sector by providing world-class travel experiences. The introduction of the double A380 service will add over 2,600 additional weekly seats to and from Bali, accommodating the surge in demand. Passengers will enjoy the A380’s spacious cabins, the exclusive Onboard Lounge, and Emirates’ award-winning inflight entertainment system, ice, offering over 6,500 channels of on-demand content.

Emirates began its non-stop daily service from Dubai to Bali in 2015, supplementing its flights to Jakarta, which started in 1992. The airline currently serves more than 144 destinations across six continents, with double daily flights to both Jakarta and Bali.
