The pass aligns with the Dubai Shopping Festival’s 30th anniversary, adding extra perks. Emirates’ loyalty members can also earn and redeem Miles at various city partners, while the Skywards Everyday app allows UAE-based customers to collect Miles on daily purchases.

By showing their boarding pass and valid ID, travelers can unlock special offers at over 600 locations, including restaurants, spas, shopping outlets, family attractions, and cultural landmarks such as the Vision Pavilion and Expo Museum. Additionally, My Emirates Pass provides access to iconic destinations like At The Top Burj Khalifa, IMG Worlds of Adventure, and Aquaventure Waterpark.

The pass coincides with the 30th anniversary of the Dubai Shopping Festival, which runs from December 6, 2024, to January 12, 2025, featuring entertainment, exclusive retail deals, and events. Passengers can maximize their stay with the Emirates Dubai Experience platform, creating personalized itineraries with flights, hotel bookings, and dining options. Members of the Emirates Skywards loyalty program can earn and redeem Miles at various partners across the city, while the Skywards Everyday app allows UAE customers to collect Miles on everyday purchases.
