Delaware North Unveils Exciting New Food and Beverage Options for 2023 NFL Season at Highmark Stadium

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y., 2023-Sep-16 — /Travel PR News/ — Highmark Stadium foodservice partner Delaware North announced an array of new and unique food and beverage offerings for the upcoming 2023 NFL season.

“Throughout the offseason, our team dedicated itself to the process of refining and perfecting our menus – placing special emphasis on foundational items like pizza, hot dogs, fried chicken sandwiches and Buffalo classics such as beef on weck,” said Andy Altomare, general manager for Delaware North at Highmark Stadium. “Working closely with both the Bills organization and our valued local vendors, we’ve executed a deliberate and comprehensive menu expansion across all levels of the stadium. We’re really excited about what’s in store for the coming season.”

Culinary Delights: 

  • Beef on Weck and Queen City Weck: Fans can savor the quintessential Buffalo Beef on Weck with hand-carved, house-roasted top round – served on Wegman’s fresh-baked weck roll, complemented by Horseradish and a Pickle Spear. For an even more indulgent option, the Queen City Weck features double-sized, hand-carved top round topped with horseradish fondue, crispy onions and jus. Available at 716 Stands (Sections 114, 136, 315 and 334).
  • Joey T’s Pizza: Traditional Buffalo-style Joey T’s Pizza loaded with shredded mozzarella and cup-and-char pepperoni. Available at La Nova stands (Sections 107, 113, 116, 129, 132, 138, 311, 312, 333 and 334), along with the Pepsi Club, Toyota Club, Dunn Tire Club and Bud Light Club.
  • La Nova Boneless BBQ WingsDeep fried, tossed in La Nova BBQ sauce and served with blue cheese. Available at select La Nova stands (Sections 104, 315 and 337). Grilled option available at Gate 2 location.
  • Sahlen’s Grilled Footlong Dogs: The classic footlong hot dog takes on a new twist with toppings such as Buffalo chicken and chili and cheese. Available at the Doghouse Stands (Sections 102, 106, 110, 117, 127, 135, 139, 143, 307 and 329). You can also get it loaded with onions, sauerkraut and relish at Gate 4.
  • Craft Bowl Co: A brand-new concept at the Pepsi East Club & Toyota Club brings Mediterranean-style bowls, featuring spit-roasted lamb, roasted chicken and grilled vegetable skewers on rice or super Greens – customizable with a variety of fresh ingredients.
  • Brisket Sandwich: Slow-smoked brisket topped with sweet BBQ and pickles and served with potato chips. Available at BBQ stands (Sections 109, 131, 312 and 333).
  • Spicy Chicken Sandwich: Nashville-style, deep-fried chicken topped with pickles and served on a brioche bun. Available at Grill stands (Sections 111, 119, 125, 133, 141, 307 and 329).
  • Caprese Wrap: Gluten-free wrap with chicken, basil pesto, sundried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, arugula and balsamic glaze. Available at all Tim Horton’s locations (Sections 108, 115, 130, 137, 311 and 337).
  • Pork Sandwich: Carved pork loin topped with roasted peppers, broccolini, provolone fondue and crispy pancetta. Available at the Bud Light Club and Caesars Sportsbook Lounge.
  • Chicken Tacos: Hard or soft shell with grilled chicken, elote corn salsa, cilantro and lime. Available at the Bud Light Club.
  • The Hurdle Burger: Triple-stacked, house-blend turkey burger topped with peppadew pico, beer cheese fondue and crispy onions. Available at the Pepsi Club. Toyota Club and Dunn Tire Club.
  • Burrata Salad: Cherry tomatoes, pesto and green onions drizzled with olive oil and served with a grilled baguette. Available in Suites.
  • Ahi Tuna Poke: Sushi rice, pickled cucumber, radish, carrots, kimchi and togarashi aioli. Available in Suites.
  • Harvest Salad: Mixed greens with Snapdragon apples, goat cheese, red onions, cranberry, figs, cider walnut vinaigrette and roasted squash. Available in Suites.

  • Nacho Tray: Tortilla chips topped with braised chicken, sour cream, salsa roja, jalapeños, guacamole and cheese. Available in Suites.
  • Sweet Treats: Indulge your sweet tooth with Bills-themed Cake Pops have been added to Suites and the Pepsi Club and Dunn Tire Club, while Seasonal Tarts & Custards, Salted Caramel Brownies, and assorted pastries from Butter Block Bakery are available in Suites.
