Mercury Lounge introduce the exclusive Brunch Boat for one day only to cruise the Arabian Gulf in Mediterranean style
TORONTO, Canada, 2017-Mar-04 — /Travel PR News/ — On Friday, March 31, 2017, Mercury Lounge at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach will set up ship on the delectable Desert Rose boat to offer guests a one off, exclusive opportunity to brunch around the Arabian Gulf in Mediterranean style.
The Brunch Boat will take guests on a journey of the seas to indulge in delicious sophistication of a specially prepared menu and free flowing drinks. Mediterranean highlights on the menu will include yellow fin tuna, taggiasca olives, red radish, rocket leaves; octopus salad, shaved fennel, radish, piquillo coulis; tiger prawn, cannellini beans, clam vinaigrette; wagyu beef tagliata, parmesan, arugula, cress, jerez jus; and delicious dark chocolate pecan tart. Serving the full spectrum in buffet format, guests will be able to pick and choose their favourite dishes at ease.

As the tempo picks up, they will dance the day away under the sunshine to the latest beats of DJ Tobias Sabido.
The Brunch Boat will start and end its journey at Dubai Marina.
