Chef Sanjit Sautya creates a special dim sum set menu for Nairu restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence

Cairo at The First Residence, Egypt, 2020-Feb-20 — /Travel PR News/ —Chef Sanjit Sautya, Dim Sum Chef of Nairu restaurant in Cairo, revisits the authentic flavours of Canton by creating a special dim sum set menu aboard the First Nile Boat by Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence.

Dim sum literally translates to “touch the heart.” Chef Sanjit’s specially-curated menu will excite Cairo patrons with traditional classics reinvented with accentuated flavours. Starters include a wonton seafood soup, and for guests who appreciate crispy textures, the duck and vegetable spring rolls are a delight for the senses. The tantalising menu sees Chef Sanjit Sautya introduce an assortment of delicately handcrafted steamed dim sum such as beef, chicken, mushroom, scallop siu mai and shrimp roll.

“I use the freshest ingredients in season and ensure that the menu presents an assortment of traditional and innovative dim sum, and as one of the few restaurants in Cairo to serve dim sum, we are excited to be offering some of the most authentic varieties in Cairo,” says Sanjit Sautya.

Guests can order unlimited replenishments from the dim sum set menu.

The menu is served for dinner at Nairu for EGP 850 per guest excluding beverages and subject to service charge and applicable taxes.
