Hawaii, Lana’i at Manele Bay, U.S.A., 2012-08-30 — /travelprnews.com/ — Charles Fisher has been named Resort Manager of Four SeasonsResort Lanai at Manele Bay.
Fisher, a 13-year veteran of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, has worked in management positions throughout Asia, Europe and North America. Charles makes the move to Hawaii from Four SeasonsResort Chiang Mai, where he served as Resort Manager for the 163-room luxury resort in the Mae Rim Valley of Thailand. Prior to Chiang Mai, Fisher was with the Regent Singapore, a Four Seasons hotel, as the Director of Rooms. His past Four Seasons experience also includes globetrotting appointments in Nevis in the West Indies, New York City and London.
“Fisher is a great addition to the Lanai ohana,” says Tom Roelens, general manager of Four Seasons Resorts Lanai. “His Four Seasons tenure, along with his exceptional guest service and operational experience make him the ideal leader for Manele Bay.”
Fisher is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in hotel and restaurant management. He is also the recipient of the United Kingdom’s Acorn Award, which showcases the top 30 under 30 years of age in the hospitality business. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Fisher looks forward to experiencing island life on Lanai and exploring the many off-the-beaten path adventures.
