WIZZ AIR RESPONDS TO INCREASED DEMAND FROM PASSENGERS FOR RESERVED SEATING ALLOWING QUICKER BOARDING AND DISEMBARKING

Budapest, Hungary, 2014-2-21 — /travelprnews.com/ — Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announced that it has increased the number of reserved seats on all of its flights. The Reserved Seat option will be increased by 33% to 16 seats in the first three rows of every aircraft.

The Reserved Seat option, available from only €6 per flight, is one of the most popular products among those passengers that wish to use their time with maximum efficiency. Passengers choosing reserved seats are amongst the first passengers allowed to board and to disembark the aircraft.

Wizz Air’s Daniel de Carvalho said: “Reserved Seats are one of our most popular products for all those that wish to board and disembark without hassle. Now we are including the third row on all our aircraft to be part of this service in order to let more passengers enjoy the benefits of having a seat of their choice and the ability to board and disembark more quickly. With an average of 7,000 flights per month this means 112,000 reserved seats are now available for booking.”
