At Stefano’s Restaurant, Italian Chef Francesco Picaro showcases the intersection of traditional dishes and modern gourmet cuisine with a menu guided by exceptional ingredients to satisfy the passion for food and travel at once. As northern Italians do, guests can savour the zuppa di zucca- pumpkin soup with toasted almond – and for the main course Chef recommends the famous ossobuco, served with parmesan and saffron risotto. Heading to the Middle East, nothing beats a Lebanese night overlooking the Mediterranean around a specialty mezzeh and Beirut-style veal chops with spiced basmati rice.
