Vistara begins daily service to Patna (Bihar) from Delhi

Patna, India, 2019-Nov-07 — /Travel PR News/ — Vistara, India’s finest full-service carrier and a joint venture of Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, yesterday inaugurated service to Patna (Bihar) with a daily flight to and from its hub, Delhi. Vistara’s inaugural flight from Delhi was welcomed at Patna with a water cannon salute. The first Vistara departure from Patna was also inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony attended by senior officials of the Patna Airport and the CISF, including Mr. B.C.H. Negi, Airport Director – Patna, and Mr. Manish Priyadarshi, Deputy Inspector General, CISF.

Vistara’s Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Vinod Kannan, said on the occasion, “We are happy to bring India’s five-star airline to Patna – a city that’s home to many of our customers and continues to record exponential growth in domestic passenger traffic, given its business, trade and cultural ties with the rest of the country.
