RCI Pacific Awarded Industry Gong at ATHOC Awards

GOLD COAST, 2012-08-06 — /travelprnews.com/ —  RCI, the global leader in vacation exchange, today announced that RCI Pacific was recognized at the 21st annual Australian Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Council (ATHOC) industry awards.

The awards were presented on July 20 at the Gold Coast Arts Centre, where more than 280 industry heavyweights enthusiastically cheered on winners and celebrated yet another successful year for the industry.

RCI Strategic Data Analyst Roland Porst beat out some tough competition to take home the distinguished newcomer of the year award.

Commenting on the win, Charisse Cox, managing director of RCI Pacific, said: “Identifying opportunities for change and implementing processes to improve business efficiency are areas that successful organizations recognize as imperative for growth and continued success. Roland is a shining example of why we invest heavily in staff engagement. We have found that our employees are more productive and forthcoming with innovative suggestions regardless of how long they have worked at RCI.”
