Vancouver’s Finest Hotel Offers a Special Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet

The Mother’s Day Brunch buffet-style menu has been carefully designed by Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s celebrated Chef Ken Nakano, and will feature an eggs Benedict station, carving station, cold seafood bar and traditional breakfast options as well as a beautiful selection of desserts and pastries.  Menu highlights include Eggs Benedict with Canadian Back Bacon, Brioche French Toast with Lemon Mascarpone, Porcini Crusted Roast Beef Striploin and Pan Seared Sockeye Salmon with Horseradish Cream.

First opened in 1927 as Hotel Georgia, the legendary property re-opened as Rosewood Hotel Georgia in July 2011 following a full restoration, and has become the go-to destination for sophisticated Vancouver residents and visitors alike.

Mother’s Day Brunch at Rosewood Hotel Georgia will be offered on Sunday, May 12, 2013, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  The buffet-style menu is priced at $80 for adults, $60 for seniors (over 65) and $35 for children between ages four and 12.
