Hilton Woodcliff Lake Celebrates International Youth Week

Bringing Stability and Hope to Youth in Bergen County

WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J., 2012-08-20 — /travelprnews.com/ — In honor of International Youth Day, Hilton Woodcliff Lake took action to help young people achieve their full potential. Together with team members and local partners, the hotel supported young people in the local area by hosting “Bright Blue Futures at Hilton Woodcliff Lake.”

“Bright Blue Futures at Hilton Woodcliff Lake” was in collaboration with a local area women’s shelter and focused on improving the lives of young people. Hilton Woodcliff Lake team members hosted a welcome luncheon for the children and their moms followed by games outdoors on the hotel’s expansive grounds and a swim in the outdoor pool. The children listened to inspirational stories told by team members about how they got their start in the hospitality industry. This is the first of several events planned at the hotel to provide a positive, supportive experience for local youth.

We hope that today we were able to provide a positive experience as well as provide motivation for both the children and their parents to strive for a better future.
