Structured around French drinking rituals and supported by a refined yet relaxed setting, the concept reflects London’s renewed interest in French gastronomy while introducing a fresh, experiential approach to dining and cocktails.

(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 2026-Apr-8 — /Travel PR News/ — At Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, a new chapter in London’s evolving dining and cocktail culture is set to unfold this spring as Bar Antoine introduces a concept that blends French culinary heritage with contemporary mixology. Launching on 7 May 2026, the bar’s latest cocktail menu, Savoir-Boire, reinterprets the essence of the French table through a series of inventive drinks inspired by iconic ingredients and dining rituals.

Positioned at a time when London is seeing renewed interest in classic French cuisine, Bar Antoine takes a distinctive approach by translating familiar flavours—from buttery croissants to sharp mustard and nutty cheeses—into creative cocktails. The result is a menu that bridges gastronomy and mixology, offering a playful yet refined take on French traditions.

The concept has been developed by award-winning Bar Manager Leon Gasco, working under the direction of Yannick Alléno, one of the most highly decorated chefs in the Michelin Guide. Together, they have crafted a drinks programme that pairs signature French ingredients with premium British produce, creating a dialogue between two culinary cultures.

Among the standout creations are a Croissant Old Fashioned made with croissant-infused cognac and Byrrh, a Cornichon Martini featuring olive oil vodka, a Peach & Mustard Margarita combining tequila with peach eau-de-vie and mustard tincture, and a Fig-Affair Paloma finished with a delicate Comté tuile. Each cocktail reflects the menu’s central idea of reimagining familiar tastes in unexpected liquid forms.

The Savoir-Boire experience is structured into three thematic sections. L’Apéro celebrates France’s pre-dinner ritual, Les Classiques offers reinterpretations of well-known cocktails through a French lens, and Les Rituels introduces more theatrical, tableside-prepared drinks designed to encourage guests to linger and engage with the experience.

Complementing the cocktail programme is a newly curated food menu that mirrors the same spirit of reinterpretation. Dishes range from elevated bar snacks such as Carabineros prawn toast and Pissaladière to playful takes on classics like Oeuf Mayo. More substantial offerings include the Croque-Antoine, a dry-aged Wagyu Antoine Burger, and The CFC—caviar fried chicken—alongside a rotating selection of French cheeses and artisanal charcuterie that highlight regional specialities.

The setting itself reinforces the concept’s blend of elegance and comfort. Guests can gather around the central bar, relax in intimate seating areas featuring mohair velvets and woven silks by designer Chanan Minassian, or enjoy the garden terrace, a discreet outdoor space accommodating up to 30 guests.

With Savoir-Boire, Bar Antoine positions itself as a destination where French culinary identity is reinterpreted through a modern London lens—combining inventive drinks, refined yet playful dining, and an atmosphere designed to capture both sophistication and conviviality.
