Enjoy a very special Christmas Eve dinner at EDGE Restaurant & Bar that will feature two special entrees including the filet mignon served with king crab crust and roasted beef demi glaze, and the lobster thermidor made with vanilla and black pepper sabayon, sautéed winter greens, and yuzu whipped potatoes. The dessert special of the evening will be the snowball smash, a vanilla bean mousse topped with chestnut praline, pain d’épices, and mixed fruit jam.
Elevate festive celebrations with EDGE Restaurant’s spectacular Christmas Day buffet. Spend Christmas in style, featuring a sumptuous spread of holiday classics with a creative twist. The meal features a raw bar with fresh-shucked oysters, poached jumbo shrimp, and an array of fresh sushi. Sample the herb roasted turkey breast, apple butter prime rib roast, and maple glazed ham from the carving station. Hot bar offerings include bourbon maple glazed Scottish salmon, sweet potato casserole with pecan oat crumble, brussels with garlic chili crisp, and much more.
