The award-winning “Chef Without Borders” celebrates Palm Beach Island’s coastal environment with a three-day gastronomic journey from land to sea

The journey begins at the oceanfront Four Seasons, honouring one of his favourite themes – the sea – with two memorable evenings at Florie’s before hosting an intimate garden-to-table soirée.

Wednesday, May 18 and Thursday, May 19, 2022: A World of Flavours at Florie’s by Mauro Colagreco
Local patrons and guests will be taken on a globe-trotting dining experience with Chef Mauro Colagreco behind Florie’s grand open kitchen on Wednesday, May 18 and Thursday, May 19. 2022. Both evenings will feature a one-time-only four-course prix fixe menu featuring dishes that pay homage to the restaurant’s coastal environment while infusing Colagreco’s Mediterranean spirit through a spectacle of live fire cooking techniques including a stone hearth oven, yakitori grill, and “à la broche.” The specially curated dinner with wine pairings is USD 195 per person.
Friday, May 20, 2022: Garden-to-Table Soirée at Swank Farm
Combining Four Seasons genuinely warm service with Colagreco’s passion for gardening, guests are invited to discover the meaning of sustainable dining at local partner and community staple Swank Farm on Friday, May 20, 2022. Commencing with a champagne toast in Florie’s lounge, guests will then depart for an authentic garden-to-table dinner where they will personally interact with Colagreco while learning the secrets of each seasonal product in the Victorian style farmhouse. Guests will then move to the picturesque pole-barn where a three-course dinner awaits with live music entertainment and garden-inspired libations. Price per person is USD 295.
