Dim sum literally translates to “touch the heart.” Chef Sanjit’s specially-curated menu will excite Cairo patrons with traditional classics reinvented with accentuated flavours. Starters include a wonton seafood soup, and for guests who appreciate crispy textures, the duck and vegetable spring rolls are a delight for the senses. The tantalising menu sees Chef Sanjit Sautya introduce an assortment of delicately handcrafted steamed dim sum such as beef, chicken, mushroom, scallop siu mai and shrimp roll.

The dim sum set menu includes:
