Hong Kong, 2013-03-19 — /travelprnews.com/ — World-renowned Chef Pierre Gagnaire returns to his eponymously titled restaurant, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire, at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas from 27 March to 3 April to test and launch his spring 2013 menu. Twist by Pierre Gagnaire is the only restaurant in the U.S. where guests can experience the cuisine of the three-star Michelin chef.
During his visit, Chef Gagnaire will collaborate with Twist’s Chef de Cuisine, Ryuki Kawasaki, to produce an original menu that celebrates the season’s freshest ingredients, the essence of these astounding Chefs and their culinary talents shared around the world. Also, Chef Gagnaire will be on-hand to meet guests of the restaurant while they dine.
The new menu will feature a variety of culinary delights including Langoustine, Foie Gras Tasting, Loup de Mer, Lapin and many more items which infuse the simplicity of classic French cuisine with a modern ‘twist.’ The three-course menu is offered at USD 120 per person, four-course menu pricing is USD 145 per person and the seven-course menu is USD 205 per person.
Recently honored for the second year in a row with the Forbes Five Star award, the dinner-only restaurant boasts imaginative menus and an elegant design. Located on the 23rd floor, the stunning dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the world-famous Strip and provides the perfect backdrop for Twist’s groundbreaking menu.
