WVO Announces Extension of Popular Accelerate into the Fast Lane Sweepstakes
Orlando, FL, US, 2014-1-29 — /travelprnews.com/ — Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO), the world’s largest vacation ownership company and a member of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE:WYN), announced the extension of the Company’s Accelerate into the Fast Lane Sweepstakes. WVO drew six winners during the 2013 sweepstakes, with more than 400,000 owners and guests qualifying, giving them the chance to own a new luxury car. In 2014, four more winners will be given the chance to enter the winners circle, with a new winner awarded each quarter.

The first car up for grabs in 2014 is a Lexus ES300h, a fuel-efficient hybrid that aligns with the Company’s Wyndham Green initiative. The Lexus ES300h boasts an impressive 40 mpg and has earned the notable Super Ultra-Low Emissions Vehicle status.
In 2014, as a part of its Accelerate into the Fast Lane Sweepstakes, the Company will give away one luxury car, worth up to $50,000, every quarter. Owners and guests are automatically entered in the sweepstakes when they attend a sales presentation or owner update at a participating resort. Previous winners of the sweepstakes were George and Judy Maykowskyj of Colbert, Wash.; Chris and Melissa Todd of Humboldt, Tenn.; Wydea Winters of Charlotte, N.C.; Hollis Cox of Iberville, La.; Phillis Scott of Houston, Texas; and the next winner will be announced in February. The consensus among previous winners was surprise, to say the least. “I never win anything,” said Wydea Winters, the third winner in the Accelerate into the Fast Lane Sweepstakes. “I definitely never thought I would win a car. It’s been surreal winning this sweepstakes.”
“I did not believe in a million years that we would win a sweepstakes like this.
