Thanksgiving

A Thanksgiving feast is in order for friends and family with Chef Ashley’s selection of both traditional and unique Thanksgiving creations. Traditional selections include the carving station with citrus glazed turkey, apple cinnamon glazed baked ham and roasted prime rib; other holiday entrée items include five spice red wine braised angus beef short ribs with classic sides such as rustic country stuffing, butter whipped potatoes and roasted vegetables.

For the non-traditional, the Mozzarella Mixologist station (available after 3:00 pm) will offer artisan mozzarella pairings including winter truffles, prosciutto de parma, roasted persimmon and guava chutney, along with freshly rolled sushi from the Flavors from The Sea station.

The children’s buffet will serve an assortment of kid-friendly sandwiches, chicken tenders, crudités and a selection of cupcakes, cookies and fresh fruit salad.

Thanksgiving desserts from The Pie Factory station include pumpkin pie, pecan pie, apple pie and chocolate banana cream.

Additionally, there will be an omelet station (available until 3:00 pm), eggs benedict station, Belgian waffles, a farmer’s market selection of salad and appetizers, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, and a dim sum station.

Christmas

Chef Ashley’s original Christmas brunch offerings include the Peking Duck station (available after 3:00 pm) with carved-to-order Peking Duck served with moo shu pancakes, scallions and hoisin; and Korean short ribs with steamed bao buns, kimchi, and spicy chili sauce. The Flavors from The Sea station returns with oysters on the half shell, Alaskan crab claws, and sushi.

A traditional carving station will offer holiday spice brined turkey, brown sugar baked ham and roasted prime rib. Hot entrée items will include sea bass with spaghetti squash, caramelized onion and lemon thyme butter; and bourbon spice braised angus beef short ribs served with country stuffing, smashed fingerling potatoes and brussels sprouts.

The children’s buffet will serve kids’ favourites such as margherita pizza, chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese, along with assorted cupcakes, cookies and fresh fruit.

The dessert station will offer holiday desserts from around the world, along with Christmas cookies and an assortment of house made gelato and donuts.

Other stations will include an omelet, waffle and egg station (available until 3:00 pm), artisan cheeses, salads and a dim sum station.
