Schiphol Nederland B.V. releases its financial statements 2012

Luchthaven Schiphol (“Schiphol Group”) have been approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 17 April 2013 and will be filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam.

Schiphol Nederland B.V. is part of Schiphol Group and uses the group exemption facility provided under Section 2:403 of the Netherlands Civil Code.

Schiphol Nederland B.V. is the legal entity issuing debt under a European Medium Term Note programme. The debt issued by Schiphol Nederland B.V. is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by N.V. Luchthaven Schiphol.
