Already the dominant player in the Tokyo serviced apartment sector, Oakwood further strengthens its presence with the second Oakwood Premier-branded property, the other being the Oakwood Premier Tokyo Midtown. Oakwood Premier Tokyo in Marunouchi will also be the second property in Tokyo licensed to cater to short-stay travelers, after Oakwood Apartments Ariake.

Located in Japan’s main financial and business district, Oakwood Premier Tokyo will be the first and only serviced apartment project in the Marunouchi central business district, which is renowned for shopping, tourism and gourmet dining.
It is located in a multi-use complex two minutes’ walk from the mega transportation hub of Tokyo Station, the busiest train station in Japan, home of the bullet trains and the gateway to the whole of Japan. Access to Tokyo’s two major international airports, business districts, major tourist areas such as the Imperial Palace, Ginza shopping district, the Tsukiji Fish Market and numerous Michelin star restaurants is all within easy reach.
