(PRESS RELEASE) COLOGNE, Germany, 2026-Mar-18 — /Travel PR News/ — Lufthansa is elevating its long-haul travel experience through its Future Onboard Experience (FOX) program, introducing a new partnership with BABOR to deliver enhanced onboard comfort and luxury. The rollout begins in late March 2026 with First Class, followed by Business Class in early May.

As part of the FOX initiative, Lufthansa is integrating high-end skincare products into its onboard offering, providing passengers with curated amenities designed specifically for in-flight use. The collaboration brings BABOR’s premium skincare expertise into the cabin, allowing travelers to maintain and care for their skin throughout their journey.

Michelle Mynhardt, Head of Brand Marketing and Customer Relations at Lufthansa, highlighted that the partnership reflects the airline’s commitment to premium service, extending beyond seating and dining to include refined details such as luxury skincare. She emphasized that these elements contribute to a more holistic and comfortable onboard experience.

Mirja Rousselle, Vice President of Global Marketing at BABOR, noted that both brands share a focus on innovation, tradition, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. She added that integrating skincare into travel helps create more personal and meaningful moments for passengers, even in a fast-paced environment.

From early May, Business Class passengers will receive updated amenity kits that include lip balm and hand cream from BABOR’s Soul & Body line. In First Class, guests will benefit from an elevated offering that features the DOCTOR BABOR Collagen Peptide Booster Cream, one of the brand’s flagship products.

The partnership extends beyond traditional amenity kits in First Class, introducing a personalized skincare concept. Passengers will be able to select additional products from a dedicated onboard menu tailored to individual skin needs. Cabin crew will then deliver these customized selections directly to their seats, offering items such as eye creams, Eye Zone Patches, firming serums, and moisturizing gel-creams designed to combat the effects of high-altitude travel.

Through the FOX program, Lufthansa aims to enhance comfort, personalization, and signature service moments, reinforcing its focus on delivering a premium travel experience across its long-haul network.
