Jack Hanna’s 35th “Hanna-versary” celebration at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium

Powell, OH, 2013-08-27 — /travelprnews.com/ —  Celebrate all that is fall and Jungle Jack Hanna’s 35th “Hanna-versary” at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium during seasonal celebrations and new fall hours.

In celebration of Jungle Jack Hanna’s 35th “Hanna-versary” at the Columbus Zoo, Jack and his animal friends will visit the Zoo on Sept. 21-22 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for Jack Hanna’s Fall Fest, presented by Fifth Third Bank. This two-day celebration of 35 years of fun, conservation and khaki will include fall-themed activities including but not limited to:

• Jack Hanna LIVE on stage
• The return of Jack Hanna’s Pumpkin Carving Competition, the only national pumpkin carving competition of its kind
• Pioneer Village featuring traditional artisan demonstrations
• Character Ambassador meet ‘n’ greets featuring Garfield presented by Donatos
• Character Ambassador rolling celebration presented by Donatos
• Animal enrichment, bobbing for apples

Beginning Sep. 3 the Zoo will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through Oct. 1. The Zoo will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Oct. 1.
