MUMBAI – 2012-11-13 — /travelprnews.com/ — Hilton Mumbai International Airport today announced the reopening of its popular seasonal restaurant, Flames. Located at the poolside, the restaurant offers the best of al fresco dining and an extensive menu of innovative Indian preparations like Chapli Kebab, lamb mince kebabs flavoured with dried pomegranate, and Malmali Vegetable Galouti Kebab, made with yam, plantain and pumpkin spiced with black cardamom. Desserts include delicious creations like Barwan Gulab Jamun filled with Dark Chocolate, Jalebi sticks with Chocolate Rabdi, and Butter Milk and Star Anise Panna Cotta with Grand Marnier Chantilly. The restaurant is open every day for dinner, from 7.30 pm to 11.30 pm.

Flames offers a new menu every season. This year, guests will be able to indulge in inventive kebabs and biryanis inspired by Awadhi spices and flavours.
Some of the other dishes on the menu include Kalimiri Pomfret, whole pomfret marinated with Madras black pepper and poppy seed; Tandoori Kukad, baby chicken marinated with Kashmiri chilli and kasundi mustard; Madras Tenderloin Steak, peppercorn and Madras curry crusted angus beef steak; Bharwan Batair, stuffed quail marinated with chilli, fenugreek and yogurt, and Kesari Jinga, jumbo tiger prawns marinated with saffron and cashew nuts.
The wide range of vegetarian options include Arbi Ke Kebab, crispy and spicy colocasis kebab made in Awadhi style; Paneer Kasundi Tikka, cottage cheese spiced with mustard, lemon and coriander, and Firdousi Aloo, potatoes stuffed with cottage cheese and cashew nut and roasted in a clay oven.
Guests with a sweet tooth will also be able to enjoy Chai Latte Tiramisu and Baked Saffron Yogurt with Pistachio and Rose Petal Nougat.
