Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport opens Terrapin Tap House/Cigar and Smoke Lounge at Concourse D

Ribbon-cutting welcomes new Georgia brewery-based Airport lounge

ATLANTA, 2016-Feb-25 — /Travel PR News/ — Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) officials, working with concessionaire Delaware North, will mark the opening of a new lounge Wednesday, Feb. 24. Terrapin Tap House/Cigar and Smoke Lounge will offer a large selection of craft beers from the Terrapin Brewery, based in Athens, Ga. Located on the upper level of Concourse D, Terrapin will feature more than 50 beers. Food offerings include a variety of specialty flatbreads with pimento cheese, bacon and caramelized onions or chicken sausage with apples and red onions. Brats, sandwiches and salads will also be available to patrons.

“It is our goal to provide as many options as possible for our customers,” Airport General Manager Miguel Southwell said today. “Terrapin will offer our guests a unique place to relax while enjoying a taste of Georgia.”
