Executive Chef Mark Payne and team put a creative spin on those comfort dishes offering a bowl of warm pleasure each day this month. such as lobster pot pie, cassoulet, goulash, lamb shepherd’s pie, beef bourguignon, lobster mac ‘n cheese, firehouse chili and more.

Comfort in a Bowl with Beer Dinner, January 26

On January 26, 2013, guests can come in and cozy up with a special dinner featuring creative, classic comfort dishes in a bowl paired with Goose Island beers. The USD 49.00 per person menu, including beer pairings, features:

Slow braised beef short rib tart, bohemian blue cheese
Caramel apple bread pudding, dried fruits, Goose Island malt beer ice cream
