From interactive cooking demonstrations to expert one-to-one consultations and the launch of a Healthy Honeymoon Guide, wellness takes centre stage this March, 16–20, 2019
Mauritius, Africa, 2019-Feb-26 — /Travel PR News/ — This March, Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita will welcome the UK’s leading nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert as a guest consultant for its Week of Wellness, with events ranging from healthy cooking classes to nutritious daily specials and the opportunity to book one-to-one consultations with Rhiannon Lambert herself for professional guidance and advice on adopting a healthy lifestyle.
As founder of Rhitrition, London’s leading private nutrition clinic, Rhiannon Lambert supports a range of clients, addressing general health, family history, dietary habits, digestive function and occupation from which to develop a personalised program of recommendations designed to help each individual become the best version of themselves.
Commenting on the Week of Wellness, General Manager Michel Volk says: “The exotic landscape and year-round tropical climate of Mauritius entices both couples and families alike to explore our wonderful destination, and while many people look forward to holidays as a chance to relax, we also want to make sure that this is a time that our guests can also look to really take care of themselves and focus on their wellbeing. We are thrilled to have the chance to welcome Rhiannon and for her to share her expertise and guidance with our guests as part of our Week of Wellness.”
The Week of Wellness at the Resort will see a series of both culinary and activity highlights being proposed for guests, all with the aim of raising overall wellbeing. To support the event, Four Seasons and Rhiannon Lambert have also collaborated to create a Healthy Honeymoon Guide, as a resource for all honeymooning couples.
“I’m thrilled to be working with Four Seasons Mauritius on this event,” says Rhiannon. “Often people may be feeling in need of some rejuvenation or are struggling with a few health grumbles, yet as hard as they try to implement a healthy lifestyle, it’s simply not yielding any benefits. Through a personalised analysis of each individual’s health and lifestyle, my aim is to help people make simple adjustments to their everyday that will yield the best results and help them become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.”
The Week of Wellness will take place from March 16 to 20, 2019, and will comprise a number of activities for guests:
March 16, 2019:
