New vegan, gluten-free menu items created by Spork Foods will be available at the Hotel’s poolside Cabana Restaurant
Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, U.S.A., 2014-6-20 — /Travel PR News/ — Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills announces a partnership with Spork Foods, an organic vegan cooking school and food company, owned and operated by sisters Jenny Engel and Heather Goldberg. Spork Foods has created five new vegan and gluten-free menu items for the Hotel’s poolside Cabana Restaurant. Four Seasons selected Spork Foods as their partners due to their immense talent and nation-wide reputation for creating vegan recipes of the highest standards.
The new menu items include red bean veggie burger sliders with a house made beet ketchup; tomato and herb tart with an almond ricotta filling; battered avocado tacos with house-pickled purple onions and lime crema; smoked mushroom skewers with a sun-dried tomato cashew cheese; and maple mustard and ginger glazed tempeh skewers over brown rice couscous.
