Bangkok, Thailand, 2014-1-2 — /travelprnews.com/ — From January 20, 2014, for just three months, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok will be introducing a brand new dining concept in the Parichart Court – the Pop-Up Charcuterie Room.
Open six days a week from Monday to Saturday from 5:00 pm onwards, the new pop-up will be the place to stop for a glass of wine or two enjoyed alongside the best cold cuts from around the world. With a wide selection of hams, salamis, chorizo, saucisson, speck and much more, served in a casual, cosy environment, this is definitely Bangkok’s hottest new venue for post-work drinks and nibbles. Wines will be selected from different regions around the world to pair well with the day’s charcuterie selection, with an extensive selection available both by the glass and the bottle.
This is a casual venue with brick walls, concrete floors, and blackboards displaying the day’s offerings. A rustic wooden table forms the centrepiece of the pop-up, loaded with the best cold cut selections, with hams and sausages sliced to order. This is true European-style casual dining at its best, the perfect place for a convivial light dinner with friends, or a glass of wine and a few slices of high quality ham with freshly baked bread at the end of a hard day. Think of a street-side bar in Barcelona filled to the rafters with legs of jamón Ibérico, a rural café in the Italian mountains serving homemade salami and wines from the vineyard outside, a local delicatessen in the back streets of Paris with exquisite saucisson and jambon sec. This is what the new pop-up offers – high quality meat and wines, served in a casual venue that’s just perfect for catching up with friends.
The Pop-Up Charcuterie Room is also the ideal venue for small private events, and is also great for impressing friends – charcuterie plates are also available to take away and make the ideal centrepiece for home parties.
