Emirates expanded its presence at Dubai International airport with the opening of two new retail stores in Concourse A

Dubai, UAE, 2013-11-15 — /travelprnews.com/ — Emirates recently expanded its presence at Dubai International airport with the opening of two new retail stores in Concourse A. Featuring more than 200 items of Emirates merchandise, the stores are the airline’s eighth and ninth locations.

Designed in the shape of an aircraft and incorporating elements of Emirates’ iconic A380, the stores carry a collection of official Emirates merchandise. From model aircraft and key chains to fashion apparel, every passenger, regardless of destination or cabin, can leave Dubai well stocked with Emirates goodies.

First launched in 1996 with one store and 20 items, the line of has grown to include 1,400 types of Emirates-branded merchandise sold in stores across the UAE.

With 43 million passengers travelling through Dubai International’s Concourse A, Emirates expects its newest retail location to also be its most visited.

The stores are located next to Gates 1 and 24 of Concourse A and are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
