Bristol Airport, Airline gets into the festive spirit

2012-12-12 — /travelprnews.com/ — With Christmas fast approaching, Eastern Airways, which operates flights from Bristol Airport, has introduced some festive cheer with seasonal onboard snacks.

Specially shaped biscuits and chocolate slices are being served as part of the in-flight service to passengers on all of its scheduled flights from Bristol for the next three weeks.

The UK’s second largest regional airline, already offers complimentary drinks and snacks on board its fully inclusive service across the UK and Norway.

Kay Ryan, Eastern Airways’ commercial director said, “We thought customers would appreciate our seasonal biscuits and chocolates. We’re in the business of transporting people to their place of work, for business meetings or heading home for Christmas, and our tasty onboard selection will help get them in the festive mood.”

Eastern Airways has been providing flights from Bristol since 2004 and offers a choice of daily services from the airport to Leeds Bradford and Aberdeen

Fast track security channel is available at Bristol, Leeds Bradford and Aberdeen for Eastern Airways passengers to avoid any queues at security search, which also enables the airline to close check-in just 30 minutes before the departure time. All Eastern Airways passengers have access to a dedicated business lounge at Aberdeen Airport. Passengers flying with the airline are not charged for check-in, baggage, choice of seat or onboard drinks and snacks.

Eastern Airways has a fleet of 31 aircraft flying the length and breadth of the UK and Europe on scheduled services and private charter flights.
