Mosimann's Epicureanism at BodyHoliday, Hed Chef Nick Hebditch, I-Tal restaurant at expertly crafted cuisines at the eventLondon, UK, 2022-Feb-23 — /Travel PR News/  – BodyHoliday St. Lucia is delighted to introduce “Mosimann’s Epicureanism,” their latest limited-time-only gastronomic offering. Created in partnership with the historic private dining club, Mossimann’s London, expertly crafted dining experiences will be offered to the resort’s visitors from 8th March to 2nd April at two of BodyHoliday’s restaurants: I-TAL and Cariblue Windows.

Combining the philosophies of I-TAL cuisine, the Rastafarian clean diet, and Mosimann’s healthy Cuisine Naturelle, originally created by Founder Anton Mosimann, Nick Hebditch, Executive Head Chef of Mosimann’s at Guards Polo Club in Windsor, will reproduce the much loved timeless dishes, this time with a West Indian twist. Dishes will centre on the concept of harmony between the physical and the spiritual, nourishing visitors’ health while satisfying their sophisticated palates, to align with the resort’s emphasis on holistic wellbeing, healthy diet, and balance.

Following an active day at the resort, guests can now enjoy this dining concept and its exceptional dishes by the beach at Cariblue Windows or amidst the rainforest landscape of I-TAL. They can choose between three menus inspired by Mosimann’s signature dishes, using the freshest and lushest of Saint Lucian ingredients from the resort’s very own on-site garden, alongside an exclusively paired wine flight.

Located at the top of BodyHoliday’s hilltop with open-air dining, I-TAL is recognised as a leading farm-to-fork restaurant. This plant-based dining concept launched in 2017 based on the Rastafarian diet to boost health and energy. Here, guests can learn the joy of clean eating through a fun and immersive dining experience. Cariblue Windows is a chic evening-only restaurant serving imaginative tasting menus with wine pairings, set against a backdrop of tropical gardens and the beach.

Andrew Barnard, CEO of Sunswept Resorts said of the partnership: “Gastronomy and excellent nutrition are core to the BodyHoliday experience. In addition to focusing on inspiring guests to eat more healthily for the long-term, we also encourage enjoyment in the finer things in life, with beautiful cuisine being a central pillar for this. We are therefore delighted to be partnering with Mosimann’s who have an outstanding reputation for their epicurean delights, with a focus on healthy and natural cooking, making them an excellent brand fit.”

Philipp Mosimann, Managing Director of Mosimanns’ said: “This partnership between BodyHoliday and Mosimann’s is a real meeting of our joint values around health and good food, which we know are shared by the resort’s guests. The dishes will combine Mosimann’s famous cuisine naturelle with I-TAL restaurant’s vegetarian and health ethos and will be brought to life using incredible organic produce from the resort’s onsite garden under the watchful eye of our head chef, Nick Hebditch.”

“Mosimann’s Epicureanism” is available for booking in the evenings from 8th March to 2nd April, for $125 in Cariblue Windows on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 6:30pm and 8:30pm; and for $150 in I-TAL on Wednesdays 5pm, inclusive of a garden tour.
