The properties, currently under construction in Sanya, Huangshan, Hangzhou and Xuzhou, will join Wyndham Hotel Group’s already impressive 470 hotels in operation in China.

Wyndham Hotel Group currently has a portfolio of 541 hotels and 70,135 rooms in APAC under the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Ramada®, Howard Johnson®, Days Inn®, Super 8®, Microtel Inn & Suites® by Wyndham and Dream® brands.
The 210-room Wyndham Grand Sanya Haitang Bay, including 10 luxury villas, is situated close to Sanya’s renowned Olympic Park as well as the future International Exhibition Center. Ideal for food enthusiasts, the hotel offers all-day dining, an authentic Chinese restaurant and specialty restaurant. Owned by Sanya Yilong Real Estate Co. Ltd, the property is set to open in 2015.
The 250-room Wyndham Hangzhou Binjiang in Hangzhou boasts 26 suites and offers guests all-day dining, a specialty restaurant and Chinese restaurant. For those seeking leisure, the hotel features a swimming pool, spa and fitness center. It also offers eight meeting rooms and a pillar-less ballroom for meetings and events. Owned by Zhejiang Zhong Nan Construction Group Co. Ltd, the property is set to open in 2014.
The 270-room Wyndham Anhui Huangshan in Huangshan features 50 luxury villas and a wealth of leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, fitness center and Blue Harmony Spa. Ideal for business guests, seven meeting rooms will hold up to 1,000 people. The hotel is also close to the Huangshan Golf Course. Owned by Huangshan Wu Fu Real Estate Co. Ltd, the property is set to open in 2015.
The 290-room Wyndham Xuzhou Tongshan in Xuzhou, with 30 suites, is ideally located in the new Tongshan district, earmarked as the next major urban center next to Xuzhou. The hotel offers guests an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and spa; it also boasts all-day dining and 14 meeting rooms. Owned by Xuzhou Baoxin Real Estate Development Co. Ltd, the property is set to open in 2015.
