The resort will be hosting a special five-course dinner featuring Banfi Vintners with special guest host, Western Regional Director, Richard Rossi. The special wine dinner will be held on Thursday February 21, 2013 at 6:30 PM at the Molokini Bar & Grille.
The wine dinner will pair the internationally acclaimed wines of Banfi Vintners with a special five course menu designed by the resort’s executive chef, Chef Marc McDowell. Richard Rossi the Western Regional Director for the company, will be on hand to lend his 20 years of wine expertise while sharing the tradition behind the Mariani family’s continued pursuit of excellence in wine making. For the month of February, the resort celebrates Banfi Vintners wines offering a three flight tasting with all of Molokini Bar & Grille’s weekly restaurant specials.
