St. John’s International Airport Authority welcomes former President and CEO of the Mental Health Commission of Canada Louise Bradley to its Board of Directors

ST. JOHN’S, NL, 2022-Sep-22 — /Travel PR News/ — The St. John’s International Airport Authority is pleased to welcome health care and
mental health executive Louise Bradley to its Board of Directors effective immediately.

As the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Ms. Bradley brings a proven track record of visionary leadership to the Board along with experience in managing large annual budgets, operations, and government engagement. Additionally, Ms. Bradley has received three honorary degrees and is a member of both the Order of Newfoundland and the Order of Canada.

In a corresponding move, Roger Butt has concluded his term as a Board of Director. Mr. Butt has served on the Board since 2013, and more recently was the Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee.

“I want to extend a warm welcome to Louise Bradley as she joins the Airport Authority Board of Directors,” said Tom Williams, Chair of the Board. “Louise is a skilled and passionate leader who will be an excellent asset as we navigate through the current business climate. I would also like to extend my
sincere thanks to Roger Butt for his service on the Board. Roger was especially valuable as Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee throughout the turbulence of the pandemic.”

The role of the Board of Directors is to guide the strategic direction for the Airport Authority. The community’s interests are represented through a diverse Board of 12 Directors, nominated by various stakeholders in the region.
