2013-07-10 — /travelprnews.com/ — EDGE Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Denver is partnering with Double Cross Vodka to present an intimate dinner event featuring professional golfer Cristie Kerr, who plays on the US Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) tour. Kerr is a 16-time LPGA Tour winner and former LPGA World #1 ranked champion. When not on the greens, Kerr swaps her clubs for cabernet, and in 2007 launched Curvature Wines. Kerr is also an investor in Double Cross Vodka. In addition to Kerr, special guest Malcolm Lloyd, CEO and founder of Double Cross Vodka, also will attend the dinner.
This special dinner will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at EDGE, beginning with a reception at 6:30 pm in EDGE Bar featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, Double Cross Vodka and Curvature wines. Following the reception, there will be a three-course dinner beginning at 7:15 pm.
The reception includes hors d’oeuvres of mini Yukon potato skins with caviar, chives and lemon; mini red bliss potato skins with chorizo, Cabrales blue cheese, Spanish olives; and mini lobster rolls with classic New England lobster salad on brioche. The three-course dinner starts with a shrimp avocado crab sphere with heirloom tomatoes and citrus vinaigrette, paired with a Double Cross Vodka cocktail. The second course is a pecan-grilled buffalo tenderloin paired with a Curvature cabernet. The third course is an almond blancmange mousse cake with coconut lemongrass sorbet and a mango vodka sauce, paired with a Double Cross Vodka cocktail.
This special pairing dinner is USD 75.00 per person (tax and gratuity are additional). Each guest will receive a complimentary small bottle of Double Cross Vodka as a parting gift. Space is limited and reservations are required: 303 389 3050. Complimentary valet parking is provided.
